Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp toasted rice powder

Instructions

  • Add fish sauce, fresh lime juice, white sugar, dried chili flakes, and toasted rice powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Gently stir all ingredients with a spoon until everything is well mixed. Garnish with coriander or freshly chopped green onions. After mixing, let the flavors meld together for 5 minutes.
