Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fermented fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted rice powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bile
  • 1/2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 stalk of green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together beef bile, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, toasted rice powder, chili flakes, and water.
  • Mix in freshly chopped green onions and coriander. Serve immediately with your favorite dishes.
