Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced garlic and shallots, and cook slowly until golden and fragrant.
Turn off the heat.
Stir in the chili flakes and golden mountain sauce.
Let the oil cool completely.
Transfer to a jar and store.
