  • Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, coriander root, and black pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until almost fully cooked.
  • Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, seasoning powder, and sugar. Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
  • Serve with jasmine rice and top with crispy fried garlic if desired.
