Heat oil in your wok over medium, add minced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.

Add your thinly sliced chicken pieces and stir-fry until they’re cooked.
500 g chicken
Add all sauces and seasonings: white pepper (or black pepper), oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and white sugar. Thoroughly mix and cook until the sugar is fully dissolved. Serve immediately with rice and garnish with freshly chopped green onions and optionally fried garlic bits.
