Ingredients
ice

coconut water
,
or enough to almost fill the glass

espresso

I use a double espresso shot
Instructions
Brew the coffee:
Prepare espresso or strong coffee. Let it cool slightly if needed.
Fill the glass with ice:
Add plenty of ice to a tall serving glass.
Add coconut water:
Pour the chilled coconut water over the ice.
Pour in the coffee:
Slowly pour the coffee over the coconut water.
Adjust and serve:
Taste and add milk, creamer, or sweetener if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
