This quick and easy green Thai tea recipe, sweetened with honey, is ready in 15 minutes and perfect served chilled or warm.

Ingredients

  • 7 g Thai green tea number one, (see notes)
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 100 ml honey
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  • Place green Thai tea leaves into a cloth filter in a pitcher.
  • Pour hot water over the green Thai tea leaves in the filter. Let it steep for 3 minutes, or longer, depending on how strong you like it.
  • Combine water, honey, and fresh lime juice in your serving glass.
  • Fill your glass with crushed ice.
  • Gently pour the steeped green Thai tea over the crushed ice atop the honey lime mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
