  • Stir tempura flour with rosdee seasoning powder and white pepper to create a flavorful coating.
    1/4 tsp rosdee seasoning powder, 1/3 cup tempura flour, 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  • Gently coat the egg tofu with the flour mixture until fully coated.

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot enough by testing with a small piece of batter (it should bubble immediately). Carefully place the coated tofu slices into the hot oil. Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove the fried tofu and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve your crispy tofu bites with a dipping sauce of your choice, like hot sauce or sweet chili sauce, and an assortiment of fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
