This banana chips air fryer recipe makes a quick, naturally sweet snack that’s crispy, healthy, and done in less than an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Slice the bananas. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 2 mm thick.
  • Optional: pre-dry or season. For extra crispiness, let the slices sit in the sun for 1–2 hours, or sprinkle lightly with salt before air frying.
  • Arrange in the air fryer. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  • Air fry until crispy. Air fry at 140°C (285°F) for 25–30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes. They’re ready when golden and dry to the touch. Let cool before storing.
